LadueHardscapes.com ("the Utility," "we," "us") is a free design-consultation matching and information utility. We are not a licensed contractor, landscape architecture firm, or engineering firm, and we do not perform hardscape construction, design, or engineering work ourselves. We connect visitors with independent, third-party licensed design-build contractors ("Partners") operating in Missouri.

2. Lead-Referral Disclosure

When you submit a request through this site, your information (name, phone, email, ZIP, project details) is shared with one or more Partner contractors, who may contact you directly by phone, text, or email to discuss your project and provide a proposal. We may receive a referral fee from Partners for connecting you. This does not affect the price you are quoted.

3. Design & Construction Disclaimer

Custom patios, retaining walls, outdoor fireplaces, and related hardscape construction should be performed by an appropriately licensed and insured contractor, in most cases permitted through St. Louis County or your municipality, and — for retaining walls above code thresholds — designed or reviewed by a Missouri-licensed professional engineer. Cost ranges, material comparisons, and project-timeline information published on this site are general educational information reflecting typical regional conditions; they are not a design or engineering opinion about your specific property and must not be relied on in place of a site-specific evaluation. While we make reasonable efforts to match you with licensed Partners, we do not independently verify licensure, insurance, or bonding on every job and are not liable for the quality, timeliness, code-compliance, or outcome of any work performed by a Partner. Always verify a contractor's Missouri licensure, insurance, and any required municipal or HOA/architectural-review approval before signing a contract.

4. Information We Collect & How It's Used

We collect the information you submit via our forms (name, contact info, ZIP, project type, timeline, budget range, and any details provided) and standard analytics data (IP address, device, referrer, and pages visited). This is used solely to route your request to an appropriate Partner and improve our matching service. We do not sell your data to unrelated third parties.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses first-party, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful to visitors. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking pixels.

6. Your Choices

You may request that we delete your submitted information at any time by contacting us through the contact form. We will remove your information from our active matching system, though information already shared with a Partner prior to your request is subject to that Partner's own privacy practices.
